It has not
yet been a banner fall for Mid-Indiana teams. Only three fall sports teams from
within the league are getting any respect from state pollsters. This week Cass
claims a tie for 15th in the 2A football poll and Northwestern is
right behind in 16th.
Western has
been ranked in girl’s golf for most of the season. However, there is no
Mid-Indiana representation in volleyball, either soccer poll, or either cross
country poll.
